PC board processing process type

1、PC board cutting

Cutting is the basic process of PC board processing, the requirements are low, at present more manual use of serrated saw blade manual cutting, high efficiency and low cost, cutting accuracy depends on whether the individual experience.

2、PC board engraving

PC board engraving is generally divided into laser engraving and drill engraving two kinds, but the laser engraving will leave a black mark, so the drill engraving has become the first choice of the engraving process. Engraving process can not only meet the requirements for the shape of the PC board products, but also effective cost savings.

3、 PC board bending

PC board bending process is divided into cold bending and hot bending process, bending process for the PC board itself also has requirements, the need for high quality, otherwise it will produce bubbles in the heating process, affecting the appearance. At the same time in the process, the tools must be sharp, the speed is also the need to be as fast as possible.

4、 PC board polishing

PC board polishing is mainly for cutting, engraving PC board after the subsequent process steps, cutting and engraving, PC board surface will be partially rough, need to be polished. Generally use a hobby knife, wool pads and other tools for polishing.

5、 PC board bonding

PC board bonding process has a special use of adhesive glue, the PC board in accordance with the target product bonding process, need to pay close attention to the completion of the bonding for the glue treatment, so that the interface is flat and smooth.
